All right, so I was really excited for the upcoming Arctic Monkeys and Muse records scheduled to come out later this year. That was until I just read about the collaboration between Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age & Eagles of Death Metal), Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters & Nirvana and John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin) that is ongoing out in L.A.
(Nothing else in my life seems to matter as I write this.)
Antiquiet.com reports Jones, Grohl and Homme are currently hard at work at new songs that Homme’s wife, Distiller frontwoman Brody Dalle, says “I think [this project] is fucking amazing. Just beats and sounds like you’ve never heard before.”
Expect more news on this collaboration every step of the way because I’m currently at a 135-degree angle lying on my bed typing this post.
